I just had a chat and asked about return policy on custom chairs, and they provided a link: http://www.ergonomicchairpro.com/Returns_ep_43-1.html Also asked about any way to get a gel cushion with a chair that would wipe down, and their repy: "The foam cushion is very comfortable." I'll need to think about this some more.
