An alternative you might consider is the Aeron Chair from Herman Miller.

The biggest difference is that both seat and back in the Aeron Chair are 
mesh, rather than cushions, so you don't get sweaty.  They're also sold 
at Healthy Back stores, if there's one near you go try it out.  It's got 
a few too many adjustments, but it's really comfortable.

No, I don't have one - yet.  I've got a Steelcase chair I paid about 
$500 for about 10 years ago, haven't got around to upgrading yet.
