I can tell you that is what happens at the Danbury Hospital. It depends for
its healthy finances on donations from rich people and many volunteers who
work for nothing. On top of that they charge $5.00 per aspirin for people
who can pay.

Hospitals are not even allowed to ask an emergency patient his nationality,
citizenship or anything else.

Another reason why you shouldn't talk about a country you know nothing
about.

In the United States it is illegal for a hospital to refuse to provide
emergency care.

If I have no assets there is nothing on earth they can do to compel you to
pay.

They can put a mark on my credit report, they can sue me, they can put a
lien against property, they can attach bank accounts, but if I have no
assets or keep all my assets in cash, there is nothing they can do.

The doctors and hospital eventually write it off as a business loss.
