Hey Kevin, Thanks for the Condolences!
Hopefully I can bring some of my files "Back from the Dead"... I have my Tech guy here downloading & Prepping the CD for me - and - no sooner did I start to write this response - then he JUST Delivered the CD into my hands! So - I am going to try this sucker shortly - and see what I can do! Thanks for the heads-up on this. -K- -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kevin Cully Sent: Tuesday, November 23, 2010 9:56 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NF] - HD Problem & MANY Files Lost... Kurt, First, I'm sorry for the problems you are having. You could boot up with a Live CD of Ubuntu (or other Linux distribution) and then see if Ubuntu could access your HD and then copy the files to a USB Key, or to an FTP site. If you don't already know how to boot to a Live CD of Ubuntu, Google "burning Ubuntu ISO". Good luck.
