As I said, I think you may find that video conferencing bandwidth issues would push the abilities of the little 10-watt machine :) > I notice nobody mentioned Windows ISA (or whatever it's called in > Server 2008) :-) I've gone native. I just don't see that Windows has a place other than the desktop or perhaps a workgroup in-house server, but certainly not as a network device. Because you can't see exactly what it's doing, and you can only get ultimate support from one company, I don't think it has a place on the Internet. But I'm a bit biased ;) Paying a Windows license for an entire machine whose sole purpose is to route packets from one NIC to another NIC seems wasteful. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
