Lew, Either deploy the activex controls in the folder where the executable loads (this works most of the time unless you modify the current folder location in VFP or mess with the pathing).
If you have no joy with that then remember on Win 64bit then they need to be deployed into the windows\STSWOW64 folder and NOT the usual windows\System32 folder.
