I find most customers are going down the 64-bit route, and they might as
well if the CPUs in their new machines are 64-bit.

We have had a few instances where people went for Office 64-bit and then
were burnt by not being able to use all the Excel and Word plugins they
rely on. As Microsoft themselves say, almost all users do not need and
will gain nothing from 64-bit Office.
