They make mention of Wubi, which is an Ubuntu distro that you can install/run 
within Windows... if you don't like it, just uninstall in Add/Remove programs. 
Installing now...

I've done a number of dual boots before so this (dual) isn't a new concept to 
me but this Wubi might be fun/handy to have around here at the office. Done the 
dual boot thing, Live CD's, VM's...

Anyways, it's Friday and I'm just messin' around...
