Agree, although I had a setup once with RedHat and VMWare: dual-boot, 
predominantly 
into Linux. While in Linux, I could fire up the Windows installation inside the 
VM. 
But the ability to dual-boot wasn't needed: I never did it!

This is the best. Currently a MacBook is my main machine, with VM's for Linux 
and 
Windows. I miss running Linux natively, however, and may purchase a Linux 
laptop next 
and run OS X in a VM instead.
