I think this has to be the best from VFP:
IsLeapYear = NOT EMPTY(DATE(YEAR(This.EndDate),2,29))
If you can see any flaws in this approach, please say so, but you don't
have to list all the other ways that are either non-VFP or more than
this one line. <g>
