C'mon Ed....changes for one customer among many like this...yeah, it's 
nuisance pain.  I try to be very accommodating but when the operating 
system changes come into play like this where it feels like it's 
something out of your control, well, some people understand what I'm 
talking about.  It might not sound nice, but some know exactly what I 
mean.  I don't mind taking wraps on the knuckles for things I can 
adjust/fix, but not for things out of my control.  If I could control 
it, I definitely am open and willing so I'm not a "hostile" developer.

I'm reminded of a story/rumor that Senator Trent Lott proposed a 
bulletproof shield around the senate floor (or maybe just from the 
viewing area)....or the idea to retrofit all of our commercial airliner 
jets with flares or some other anti-air-missle defenses.  Sure, those 
ideas were about users' needs (of a sort), but making those kinds of 
changes were a bit much too, imo.
