Visual FoxExpress (commercial framework) has a resizer class that has magnified 
the form and all the controls for years.
Annoying behavior for me, but some customers love it. I am sure if you looked 
up "resizer control VFP" in Google/Bing
you will find something that works in a similar manner. You probably will find 
something on the UT, Foxite, VFUG, FFC,
or even the ProFox downloads. Literally drop on the form and go.
