That makes sense. If I were Congress, I would fix the price of gas at twice 
what it is now. Guess how fast people would switch to other means of travel. 
We could eliminate 50,000 deaths and 200,000 injuries per year from fewer 
auto accidents. The air would be cleaner too. Road rage would decline. Lots 
of advantages.
