I have made a garden database of 500+ plants storing 1 photo of each in a general field. (yes I know this is bad). I also have taken 10 years of garden photo's and labeled them by year/month/plant/size. '2011-05-jackfrost01sm.jpg'. I know how to make a table to index the photos but then what's the best way to display them. Eventually I want to be able to do slide shows by month / year / specific plant and on and on. I'll just store the path/filename, date, plant-id in the index and then how do I display the photo? also can I do a grid of thumbnails?
