I have the ole object tied to a general file in the plant database using
record source. How do I point the object at a path to the jpg instead. I am
using fox pro 6, will I need to upgrade to display jpg.

The image control should do what you want. You'd create a form +
control for each image and display them however you want. As for
different organizational schemes ( by season, by size, etc ...) this
would be pretty much the same as any report except that the final
output would be a grid of selected images instead of a report page.
