When you think of Real Software, think of the situation where Microsoft just owned VFP and West-Wind combined. They'd be much smaller, but they'd really care about their product.
There are two places to get online information: 1. The forums at http://forums.realsoftware.com/ 2. The mailing list called the NUG. This is most similar to ProFox. Any Real Studio developer can also join the Beta program to help test and give feedback on the next version of Real Studio coming out. On top of all that above, Real Software has a "Feedback" application which is the way that you file bug reports and make enhancement requests. Other developers can also "join" anyone else's bug report or enhancement which "votes up" that report. Real Software attempts to work on the bug reports and enhancements that are most popular/most requested. If you are a Real Studio Enterprise subscriber, you also get X priority support issues. Priority support can also be purchased through Real Software. Not cheap, but nice to have that option.
