Honestly how many potential clients have you lost because they were a ABM shop? Not sure what business environment you are in but around these parts everyone has WinXP / Win7 workstations for staff. Linux for the desktop is still pie in the sky for a tiny percentage of our business community today. 5 years time may double that % from 2.5 to 5%? If you had to learn anything now I would go for javascript and css. Truly cross platform, is growing leaps and bounds, and may be found in handheld devices as well as the new Win8. The ability to change the way something looks to keep customer base interested or paying maintenance fees is less intense. That should give you a better return for your time, and that is how you determine your personal yearly assessment isn't it? I did x,y, and z better this year and was able to roll it out to 1/2 of my customer base by year end. -- Stephen Russell Unified Health Services 60 Germantown Court Suite 220 Cordova, TN 38018 Telephone: 888.510.2667 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
