I'm kinda in the same boat as Mike - although with slight variations.

The co. where I work - they have been developing a system in C#/.Net -
but, I'm not included in that endeavor for various reasons.

Instead - I support all their current system clients under VFP.

I'd LOVE to go to the conference. And, I really like that area of the
country. However, this co. will NEVER pay for anyone to go to a
conference - heck - they haven't given any raises in Years - for me its
almost 4 years & no raise - while others have been here 8 - 10 years w/o
a raise!

And - like Mike - my vacation time is WAY Limited - and I don't have
enough that I could take to go to the conference.

Bummer...

Rick -- you should have posted the url!!! http://www.swfox.net/

Can't argue your point at all; however, I regret to say that my daytime
employer is unfortunately moving away from the Fox as fast as they can.
(Haters!) I'd love to attend but they don't see it as an investment.
And my personal vacation time is limited now so it's for my family and

not the conference in AZ. I have no doubts that it's well worth it
though. I would LOVE to be there, especially for the FoxInCloud stuff
as I'd really like to explore that path. Sorry!
