I am baffled by your actual belief in all this nonsense. People in my church are still getting laid off from their jobs. One fellow who was self-employed cannot get knee surgery since he never carried his own insurance. Now his business is just about dead and he cannot afford to pay for surgery. The stories go on and on.

It is too soon to say the financial brink has been healed. We have a few more month to go before it hits. Even then Congress will kick the can down the road and Obama will borrow another trillion dollars. Just wait till inflation arrives; you will not even be able to afford the $10 bet I have offered you last time.

The stock market is tanking this week because there is panic building that the world economy is really starting to contract. You are drinking too much Kool-aid.

Nick Geti.

Subject: [OT] Truth About Jobs

The USA is no longer teetering on the edge of a financial abuse that
could have plunged her into another Great Depression, or worse. If the
truth be told, President Obama, and his Administration, have done a
masterful job in turn the direction of the country around to recovery
with prosperity just around the corner.

The stock markets has recovered from its lows of 2009, and is now
approaching its all time highs hit just prior to the crash. If the stock
market is any indication of how the economy will look in six months,
then the future looks bright indeed.

All the real estate data suggest the housing market has bottomed and is
beginning its recovery. USA citizens have deleveraged since the crash by
paying down their credit card and other consumer debts. The jobs market
has been recovering for quite some time now with a steady, although
slow, long term drop in the unemployment rate from its high of 10% to
around 7.8 today.

President Obama has a fine record, and I'm baffled why he not running on it.
