Sure that $$$ may buy an electrical station to provide energy to 1/2 million sq km but the locals don't understand that. It's not about money as power. We need to provide more along necessities where starvation is on every mind. If we aided countries that were absorbing refugees at alarming rates and feeding them and presenting clean water and shelter that would be very different. Unfortunately the country doesn't do it but our citizens do.
