OTOH, (and these are real questions) has he taken down the patriot act?
Has he closed Guantanamo prison? Has he officially ended govt condoning
torture? Has he subjected US troops to international laws as most
countries do?

6,547.05, March 9, 2009, to a high of around 13,500 today, which is
within striking distance of setting new all time highs.
7) President Obama appointed 2 women to the Supreme Court, one of
which was the first Hispanic to ever sit on the bench.
8) President Obama ended the war in Iraq and is bring the war in
Afghanistan to a close.
9) President Obama took out Osama bin laden
