I set each form manually. Not that I'm trying to excuse my behavior, but I am an in-house developer, and our apps are somewhat static, so I'm not creating new forms, and have not taken the opportunity to create a form class.
Sysmetric in the command window shows a 1920x1080 resolution no matter what setting is in the options. So the size of the form isn't directly related to resolution, other than screens might not show in their totality without some resizing efforts on the end user's part.
