I do not know where to find good docs.

However, for the keyboard, I go to my android settings
Language & keyboard
and I enable it there.

There's two things going on there, one is a checkbox by JKeyboard, and
also there's an Input Method drop down which I also have set to
JKeyboard.

Note also that on the alphanumeric keyboard, the key labeled with ":"
is actually a comma.

I think I prefer the implementation over the screen label.  Commas are useful.
