OK,

I got the J keyboard set up in J console, and It works fine. Thanks for all
the help from the forum.

I'm not sure what the "ad" and"ar" keys on the new keyboard are for, but
otherwise I like the J keyboard layout. It is much better than the standard
keyboard, which has the habit of capitalizing every name I enter, so I have
do undo the capitalization every time.

However, there are no three dots, or three dashes, or anything else on the
black title bar on the top of the window, other than the words "J Console".
I still have no way to get to the help, labs, etc.
