In theory operations could be chained at a cell level and executed immediately in sequence in a processor. With parallell processing thousands of processors could execute the cell streams in parallell. That's what is done or what the notation is planned to allow? /Erling

No. It seems inaccurate to call that "padding." They apply at a meta-level. They do not interfere with the formation of verb trains, they contribute to
the formation of verb trains.
