I think that you need some hand-on experience of using jqt for android to appreciate the differences between a large screen vs small screen, mouse vs touch screen, overlapping window vs fullscreen , also to know which events are physically impossible.
AFAIK Qt documentation does explicitly telling which events are not supported on android. Android ui can make use of gestures but they are not (yet?) supported by Qt.
