I guess I don't fully understand the problem, but here's my attempt.

If you have multiple load's that uses relative path, setting the
current working directory (1!:44'PATH') once before loading your
scripts should make all the load's look for file paths that are
relative to the current working directory (1!:43'').

Otherwise just make a symlink in Projects directory.
