Erling, I have read your proposal briefly. I can't comment on the merit, but I can definitely clarify that it is not in the spirit of the Interpreter/Requests page.
That page is for straight forward proposals that are clearly and fairly completely stated, that extend the language in obvious ways, with clear benefit, and with minimal controversy. In particular it is for requests that have a hope of being implemented in a timeline of months/years, not decades. Something could come of your ideas, but the Requests page is an appropriate venue.
