For copying, I think the basic rule is: don't be abusive.

Keep in mind that every visit to a website creates and distributes
copies of the website materials (and involves third parties in that).
Also, because of caching, these copies persist and may be reused for
making further copies at arbitrarily later points in time. And,
everyone pretty much accepts this, as long as it's not done abusively.
