I continue to get the same error as you when I open in Terminal as
shown below.

server:j901 brian$ cd /Users/brian/j901
server:j901 brian$ open jqt.app
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file
/Users/brian/j901/jqt.app.
server:j901 brian$

Thanks for your help. No luck, yet.
