Thanks to this thread I learnt about Windows Terminal. Neat software! Unfortunately our company has denied access to Microsoft Store so WT is currently only in my home computer.
But I managed to set up a shortcut that starts Jconsole in WT: 1. V -> Settings -> Profiles -> + Add a new Profile -> Duplicate a profile (Command Prompt) 2. Fill in: Name: Jconsole, command line (jdir\jconsole.cmd), Icon (jdir\bin\icons\jgray.ico) 3. V -> Settings -> Startup -> Default Profile -> Jconsole 4. Make a shortcut to WT WT has command line parameters so it should be possible to set up the shortcut to start WT using Jconsole profile even it is not set as default. However, I have not been able to do that for now.
