Threads aren’t “silly” just because you don’t agree with their premise.
What IS silly is the inordinate amount of time that must surely have been wasted by potential J developers not being easily able to find what they are seeking. A change to the name would be a quantum improvement of the current situation, on the same scale as the recently introduced and long overdue introduction of meaningful error messages, which I always considered to be a huge drawback. Serious question : how much work would really be involved in changing the name?
