I've implemented a simple Loose XML parser addon
"xml/loose", suitable for parsing HTML. Based on regex
and featuring SAX interface.

It should suffice for parsing J dictionary.
See if it will fit for improving qdoj.

(It isn't visible j602 (pending resolution),
but is in VSS and in j601).
