By making the following adjustment I was able to get an "outer-product" of
operations and numbers

I'm hesitant to ask, but in the interests of furthering my understanding of the
concepts (rather than just knowledge of solutions), why does the following give
a rank error?
((0 1 2,:0 2 1){ops) /"1 _] 1 2 3 4
