I'm using Windows, and I copy the jbreak shortcut to my "quick launch"
toolbar, and in the jbreak shortcut on my start menu, I assign a
Windows-global hotkey (I use CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+J to minimize the possibility
of clashes with application-specific keyboard shortcuts). That way if I'm
using the mouse, I can quickly click the quick launch icon, and if my
hands are on the keyboard I can just hit the shortcut.
