I can't reproduce either issue on my Win32 XP system with either j.exe or
j.jar. And I wouldn't expect either behavior - the IJX
should be responsive, because we're using an asynchronous timer, and not
blocking, and the dialog should not respond to clicks on
its title bar, because the only click handler is on the isigraph control.
