The self-deprecating downplay of the project is understandable--
to guard criticism--for a first script in a new language.
Though in reality, the choice of task--successfully executed
for an entry level--is telling*. Introspection is a sign of
an advanced stage of awareness.

Simula might have been a first OO language, and SketchPad
a first GUI, but only in SmallTalk with Class Browser those
technologies made a revolution.

Cracking .NET wouldn't have been the same without Reflector.

So, hat tip.

_________
*) as is profuse commenting, typical of a language
rookie, which goes away with more confidence.
