Sorry folks, I set "nilad" myself. There's strictly no such thing in J.
But being a recent convert from APL (and an admirer of
self-documenting code) I'm so used to seeing an explicit header to a
function.
Of course using a word like "nilad" to parameterise "define" enforces
nothing in the subsequent code, so really I'm fooling myself.
