In fact the errors are generated because in CentOS there is no pstotext
utility, and hence, when trying to extract text from these .ps.gz, the
system tries first to transform them to PDF(/A), and unfortunately fails
(because of an old GhostScript version?)
The problem of status/type is to find a solution that fits most use cases.
E.g. let's extract text from a whitelist (a/o blacklist) based on the
doctype? Would this be easy to maintain for already existing
installation?
