Attached is a patch that does not solve the issue directly but rather
smoothes the installation process for a new user. Instead of having the
extracting process done when loading the documents, it is done separately.
This way it kinda explains the time taken by the command to the new user.
Alternatively it also allows developers (that do not necessarily need the
texts to be extracted each time they rebuild the demo site) to be more
efficient.
