BibIndex: fuzzy indexer does not return surnames
* This reverts commit 0ec240415be74ed87aefc968b5a1337ab6f1a6a8 that is
not needed anymore because of changes to the author word indexer
introduced in previous commit. Removing surnames makes the phrase index
browsing much prettier.
