 Feedback from users:

However, there's one feature I'm missing (or haven't found yet): When
looking at the citations to a certain paper (by clicking on its "Cited
by ## records" link), the results are always sorted by the number of
citations they receive in turn. It would be good to have an option to
see the latest results first also in this type of query. Checking the
citations to certain seminal papers is a quick way of finding out if
something new has been written about a given topic.

Travis can't find a way to do this either, since when clicking on the
"cited by XX papers" we don't rewrite the search in the search box, so
modifying the sort/rank parameters in the search box does not DTRT.

Actually the best way to fix is to rewrite the search so that the search
box at the top of the page presents the correct search that led to that
page. This is not the case when clicking on "cited by X records"
