We tend to use the same address for both ADMINEMAIL and SUPPORTEMAIL, so we don't tend to notice if some emails are missend. ;-) In your example, if the installer is to be kind of hidden back, and SUPPORTEMAIL does all the "administration" (to quote you), then maybe the latter would be enough for *all* the email sending business, for the administrator can forward any system related matters to the installer if need be? In other words, how far does the installer get detached from looking after the running service? How do others use this paradigm?
