So we plan to commit this change:

 - CFG_SITE_SUPPORT_EMAIL is the visible email address for all user
contact, but with no particular administration rights.

 - CFG_SITE_ADMIN_EMAIL is the Invenio superuser, with all
administration rights. ADMIN_EMAIL must grant SUPPORT_EMAIL some
admin rights if it is wanted that SUPPORT_EMAIL does some site
   administration too.

 - Automated emails going to users (e.g. submission confirmation) would
go to SUPPORT_EMAIL. Automated emails about problems
(e.g. tracebacks, bibsched queue stopped) would go to ADMIN_EMAIL.
ADMIN_EMAIL may alert SUPPORT_EMAIL depending on the nature of these
   problems.

 - By default, SUPPORT_EMAIL and ADMIN_EMAIL are equal.

Does the above fit well your setup?

Best regards
