A prominent boss of our old ILS vendor told me many years ago something
that I never forgot: Each new customer uncovers a whole new kind of
bugs, because people use the same software in unexpected ways. Probably
there are several rephrases of this sentence, but I'm amazed how right
he is.

We try (although not quite achieve) to distinguish what are
library-related issues and policies, and specific computer issues.
Other hints are: external users write the librarian, not me (that is, if
the email is published on the web, it is for the librarian); or: if it
is command-line, it is for me, otherwhise, it is probably the librarian.
In the current setting, librarian should be SUPPORTEMAIL, and me
ADMINEMAIL.
