Note that for development, it is best not to run any `bibreformat' at
all. Your site will work just as well, and your records will be

and debugging formats. Only on the production site it is good to enable
`bibreformat', solely for the purpose of speeding up the output.
This becomes clear to me as I understand what triggers the caching.

The reason why the bibreformat runs on those testing sites is mainly
that as I've added the default tasks to start up automagically at the
end of install. I'll now use the famous hash-operator to disable them
for the time being.
