Hi T-Lind,
This usually happens when the initial position of bodies is violating 
constraints. Might be your case?
You may want to try to call *DoFullAssembly()* before starting your 
simulation (or *DoAssembly*): this will try to close all joints before 
starting, but I would encourage to actually try to place all bodies in a 
meaningful position if possible.
