Wah, rupanya anda yang kurang teliti membaca berita.
Bahwa Patriot Act itu *tidak berhasil* menangkap teroris,
itu salah-kaprah.  Tidak menangkap teroris BUKAN berarti 
GAGAL menangkap teroris, atau Patriot Act itu defektif. 
Sebab-musabab yang lebih mungkin lagi: memangnya
tidak ada teroris yang berhasil masuk negeri Amerika.
Atau calon2 teroris yang sembunyi dalam masyarakat Amerika
TIDAK BERANI BERKUTIK, sebab takut sama Patriot Act.  
Buktinya, sampai hari ini TIDAK ADA SATU JUGA kejadian
teror sesudahnya 9/11.  Jadi alasan anda itu justru 
merupakan BUKTI bahwa Patriot Act telah BERHASIL menjalankan 
tugasnya.

Yang saya bilang, Patriot Act supaya diperketat, agar bisa
mendeportasi orang2 seperti johny_indon dan andrea rae, yang
kalau dibiarkan hidup di AS cepat atau lambat bakalan menjadi 
teroris.  Jadi, lebih baik cepat2 dikenali dan dideportasi.
