BBM gratis bagi pejabat TNI, POLRI, dan pegawai negeri harus dihilangkan juga karena 60% BBM dinikmati oleh mereka yang perhitungan sudah dimasukkan dalam APBN dengan kata lain penikmat subsidi adalah pemerintah sendiri. Ini harus dihentikan dan semua warga negara harus membeli tidak boleh jabatan yang disandangnya menjadi beban departemen masing-masing.
