La ini Q 4:24 saya punya yg tafsir terjemahan perkata: Dan dihalalkan bagi kalian apa yg dibelakang(selain) demikian itu bahwa kalian mencari dg harta kalian untuk dikawini tdk/bukan untuk berzina maka apa yg telah kalian nikmati dengannya dari mereka maka berikan kpd mereka mahar/maskawin suatu kewajiban dan tdk berdosa atas/bagi kalian terhadap apa (sesuatu) kalian tetap saling merelakan bla bla bla.
Jadi kata kontrak ataupun mutah disurah tsb gak ada. Memang dulu ketika jaman perang dimana saya lupa Mutah pernah dihalalkan tapi akirnya diharamkan.Jadi bagi yg sekarang sering mutah dipuncak itu nyrempet2 bahaya saya gak berani.
